The Board of Directors of APR is an ideal combination of promoters, entrepreneurs, professionals and Independent directors with vast experience in their respective fields. The day-to-day affairs of the company are handled by the Managing Director who is ably assisted by experts from the fields of civil engineering, finance, administration, tendering and law.
Mr. Adala Prabhakara Reddy - Founder Chairman Sri Adala Prabhakara Reddy is a first generation entrepreneur with an agrarian background. In 1983, Sri Adala Prabhakara Reddy formed a partnership firm “A Prabhakar Reddy & Co” to undertake civil engineering construction activities. In 2004, the partnership firm was converted into a Limited Company - M/s. APR Constructions Limited. Under his guidance, the organization has seen phenomenal growth and rapid diversification over the years.
Sri Adala Prabhakara Reddy, an entrepreneur par excellence has also established few other ventures like Sreenivasa Associates (Project Works) Ltd and APR Hotels Ltd.
Sri Adala Prabhakara Reddy is a serving MLA, representing Sarvepally constituency in Nellore District in AP. He has been elected as an MLA uninterruptedly for the last three tenures. His services as the Minister for Housing and currently, he is the Chairman of AP Assembly Assurances Committee during previous tenures have been widely acknowledged.
Inspite of being preoccupied, Sri Adala Prabhakara Reddy is actively associated with many social, cultural and philanthropic organizations. Sri Adala Prabhakara Reddy Charitable Trust, is actively associated with the welfare of women, children and the downtrodden.
Mr. P. Harikrishna - Managing Director Mr. P. Harikrishna, is a qualified engineer with a Masters degree from USA. After six years of abroad experience , he joined M/s. A. Prabhakara Reddy & Co., in the year 2003 as a partner. Due to his leadership abilities and business acumen he was entrusted with responsibilities as the Managing Director of the Company. Under his stewardship, the firm has entered into new and uncharted territories and seen exponential growth year on year.
